The last data available from the USDA Economic Research Service (February 10, 2010) shows that the national average retail price of commodity beef was $4.20/lb making bulk purchase of ONB beef a bargain.  Adding the value of locally grown, grassfed on organic certified pastures, without hormones or antibiotics creates an even greater health and taste benefit over typical grocery store commodity beef.
